X-ETUM is formulated based on Equisetum arvense L. (horsetail) obtained by aqueous treatment of aerial parts of that plant. Sterile air stems and leaves are dried, cut and used to prepare a decoction in water.
It boosts the defense mechanisms of certain crops against fungal and oomycete pathogens.
